All bonds must be paid to the Rental Deposit Authority (RDA) in Tasmania. The bond must be deposited with the RDA within 3 days of collecting the bond.

Steps to complete

• Complete and sign the form
• Hand over to your tenant so they can review, sign and lodge the form
