A security bond in Western Australia may need to be changed for a variety of reasons. In this case if there has been a change in landlords the bond will need to be updated.
Steps to complete
- To generate a form to change the landlord on the bond click the link above
- Complete the Rental Property Details and then select ‘Lessors Changes’
- You will then be able to choose whether you would like to add or remove a landlord
- Once you have filled out the generated form click ‘Validate’ and print or download the form
- The previous landlord and the new landlord must sign this form
- Once the form has been completed and signed send it to Bond Administrator by post, email (bondadmin@commerce.wa.gov.au) or hand it in in person.
