If the landlord changes during the tenancy, they must notify the Residential Tenancies Authority using a Change of property manager/owner form.
Steps to complete
- Download the ‘Change of Property Manager/owner’ form above
- Complete the form making sure both the previous and new landlords have signed the form.
- To lodge the form email the scanned completed form to bonds@rta.qld.gov.au or post the form to RTA, GPO Box 390, Brisbane Q
